Offshore Alert – Meat In The Room Or A Board of Directors
While we are familiar with nominee directors, I am looking at named directors in public and investment companies. In specific the offshore public and investment companies’ boards of directors that are nothing more than “Meat In The Room”. Their job, as Meat In The Room, is for them to show up at meetings, sign what is put in front of them, ask no questions and say as little as possible of any substance if asked any question.
